ONLINE PRE-APPLICATION OPEN PERIOD:

The Casa Arabella online pre-application period is CLOSED.

If you submitted a Casa Arabella online pre-application during the Open Period you may view your pre-app at any time by logging into your account.

To update your submitted pre-application please send it in writing to [email protected] or to EBALDC, Casa Arabella pre-app Update, 1825 San Pablo Ave. Suite 200, Oakland, CA 94612.  Include your name, your confirmation number, a way to contact you and the updates needed.

After Casa Arabella Waiting List is closed, EBALDC will:

    • Remove all duplicate pre-applications (1 pre-app per household is allowed)
    • Run computerized randomization numbers to establish the Casa Arabella Waiting List
    • Verify in writing all applicants that are Active on the Casa Arabella Waiting List
    • Verify in writing all applicants that are Removed from the Casa Arabella Waiting List due to duplicate or incomplete pre-applications.
    • Contact applicants in lottery order and based on preference criteria to begin the full application and qualification process, beginning in late Summer – Fall 2019.
    • Anticipated completion of Casa Arabella is October 2019.
